SSC CGL result 2016 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2016 (Tier-1) on its official website today. Candidates who had appeared in the examination can download their results by logging to the official website.

 According to the notification, the SSC CGL 2016 exam was held across in 43 batches across 415 exam centers spread over 96 cities in the country. The exams began on August 27, 2016, and ended on September 11, 2016. More than 38 lakh candidates had registered for the exam this year, out of which, about 14.99 lakh candidates appeared in the exam.

SSC CGL Tier 2 exam, is scheduled to be held from November 30, 2016 to December 2, 2016. The SSC is going to declare the confirmed schedule of the examination soon.

Steps to check result:

1) Go to SSC’s official website 

 2) Click on the link for ‘Declaration of Result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier 1) Examination, 2016’

3) A pdf page containing list of candidates who have qualified for Tier II exam can be seen

4) The list has serial number, name of the candidate, his roll number and category for which he has qualified.
